Shipping / Delivery:
We use a variety of shipping methods as per below:
For Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland Orders, we use Fastway Couriers. This is a tracked & insured service. In addition all UK orders are shipped via ParcelForce which are also tracked and insured therefore giving customers piece of mind.
All items that are ordered by 3.00pm will be dispatched the same working day. Orders to N.Ireland & Republic of Ireland are next day delivery. Orders to the UK are delivered by ParcelForce 48 therefore a 2 day service.
We also ship most products worldwide. For a quote to European destinations or USA please contact us.

Returns & Refund Policy:
Ultimate Innovation aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times, however unwanted goods can be returned within 7 days of delivery*.
Before returning any items the customer must e-mail us for a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). The RAN must be quoted on paperwork accompanying the item being returned.
Goods must be returned 'as sold', in the original packing and with all paperwork and accessories.
Goods must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. If you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done without damaging the box and packaging, or damaging the product in any way. The product must be re-packaged as received.
Goods must be returned within 7 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of unwanted and non-faulty items after 7 days.
You must organise the return of items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a Returns Authorisation Number.
Goods received without authorisation or outside of the stipulated time limits will be returned back to you and the cost charged to your account.
Faulty Items: Planes & Helicopters (Nitro Cars - See Below)
We endeavour to ensure through our quality control checks that all items leave our warehouse with all parts enclosed & with no damage. However, through shipping there is always a chance that items can get damaged and therefore it is the customers responsibility to inspect the product and notify us within 7 days of damaged parts or missing parts. We cannot replace any faulty or missing pieces if photos and descriptions are not provided within 7 days of receipt of the item.
Please Note:
Refunds will be made by cheque or by paypal depending on payment method.
*Important: Returns / Faulty Nitro RC Products
If you wish to return a Nitro product due to a fault, Please contact us first to confirm what you believe to be the problem before returning the product and we will advise you if the fault is covered by the warranty. If the product has been found to have a manufacturing fault we will immediately arrange for a repair/exchange or send a replacement component if agreed.
If the product needs to be returned to us for inspection by our Nitro team we will email you a returns form which needs to be completed and returned with the product(s).
Please note we do not cover the costs of postage for returns.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are returned to us and therefore you should return via a registered & tracked service.
Once the goods are received back to us and we confirm there is a manufacturing fault we will reimburse the cost of postage up to a maximum of £12.50.
All warranty decisions are final and subject to inspection of the product in question.
Note: Models can not be returned for a refund once they have been used or attempted to be used. The product is covered by a 28 day warranty for the repair of the faulty or defective parts only from the date of delivery.
RC Nitro Vehicles will always require regular maintenance & repair due to the nature of the product. Please note they are not a toy and should be used by persons of the age 14+.
